Why we give
There are three primary reasons why give as a church:
- For the propagating of the gospel both locally and the far reaches of the earth.
- For the benevolence of those in need among us.
- For the edification and feeding of Christ’s church as the Elders apply themselves to biblical exposition (teaching) of Holy Scripture.
“You must each decide in your heart how much to give. And don’t give reluctantly or in response to pressure. “For God loves a person who gives cheerfully.”
