Bishop Walter E. Holmes, the founder of Highpoint Bible Church, NYC (formerly Word of Faith Christian Center) was instrumental in where we are today. His desire to see people set free and loved well has been  embedded in  the fabric of HPBC culture.

He founded W.E.H Ministries which was the umbrella for his preaching, overseeing and  training sessions. He also led a regular prayer call, which today is known as The Morning Fruit Prayer Call with The Buckleys.
