Otis serves as teaching pastor of HPBC NYC.
In addition to weekly Bible studies and preaching, he continues to serve on the advisory board of Behind Every Door- a Christian non-profit serving hundreds of families throughout Dallas, TX.

He and his wife Consuela have been married 12 years and both have over 20 years in business and ministry.
